The Derbyshire Mental Health Helpline, which P3 delivers with the NHS, has been shortlisted for a Team Derbyshire Healthcare HEARTS (Honouring Exceptional and Really Terrific Staff) Award!

The nominations came from members of the public, including patients, carers and people who have used NHS services over the last year, recognising staff for the quality of their care and support. A judging panel then selected finalists for each category, and the helpline was chosen as a finalist in the category of ‘Specialist Team of the Year’, “in recognition of the team’s continued support, hard work and dedication in the ongoing development of this service – adapting to new ways of working, supporting each other and collaborative working”.

P3 provides the frontline service for the helpline, working alongside the NHS clinical team and Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health.

Derbyshire Healthcare will be hosting a virtual awards ceremony on 26 May 2021, so fingers crossed for the team!
