It wasn’t just the P3 Awards that were announced on Wednesday. The Social Enterprise Awards were also taking place in the Guildhall in London – and P3 took the title of Social Enterprise Team of the Year.

“In what has been an incredibly challenging year, social enterprises have given us a real sense of hope,” said Peter Holbrook, Chief Executive of Social Enterprise UK. “They’ve shown us what it means to put people and communities first, showing real resilience and strength without compromising on their values, integrity and impact.

“From taking on the injustices in the food system and using technology to support people experiencing homelessness to being on the frontline of supporting communities through the pandemic - this year’s winners represent not just the best of business but the future of business.”

Accepting the award, Mark Simms showed a short video to outline everything P3 teams had accomplished, after noting “how brilliant the brilliant people are here at P3”. Want to see it?
