Hi all

I want to extend a massive welcome to everyone who’s just joined us in the brand new Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Floating Support Service this week.

It’s a big team of 23 staff who’ll be operating out of five sites across the county: Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ely and March.

I know Jo Barrass and Rhiannon Watson have been working really hard to make new staff feel part of the P3 family this week, and thank you to everyone from IT, Development, Quality, HR and Property & Assets who’s given their time and input over the last few months to making this transition as smooth as possible – transferring staff and client data from six different organisations is no easy feat!

Going through the TUPE process is not easy either; thank you to all the staff who have come on board with enthusiasm to start working positively as part of P3. No doubt you’ll be hearing more from the new teams over the coming weeks.
