Hi everyone

This week we're saying farewell to our Director of Human Resources, Debbie Fox. What can I say... it’s the end of an HR era.

Debbie started working as an HR assistant in P3 - then called the Good Shepherd Trust in 2003. 15 years, loads of HR awards later and Debbie is leaving us this week as our HR Director. It has been my absolute privilege to work with Debbie over these years. She has been a key part of the P3 story, recruiting talent, helping us to keep talent and sometimes asking those with little talent or appetite for the job to work elsewhere...

I’ll really miss Debbie’s considered professional approach, her wicked sense of humour but most of all, the support she’s provided me and my colleagues as we have worked to support more and more people who face challenges in their lives.

I’m sure you will join me in wishing Debbie well as she embarks on her next big adventure.

Best of luck Debbie...... it’s been emotional!!!

Mark
