ACTion stations! This week’s blog is ACTion-packed, stuffed to the rafters with ACTion adventure and ACTion awesomeness!

There is no introduction I can give for the ACTion Lincs team that would do them justice. I think it takes a certain type of person to work in this team. Anyone who has met us as a whole team will vouch for that!

The team all agree had coronavirus arrived at the beginning of the project it would have been a very different story. However, ACTion Lincs is working towards the end of the project and for most of the people we are supporting they are settled, happy to answer their mobiles to our calls, send us silly jokes via text, feel more confident to make the calls they would have asked us to do for them and embracing not being able to see their Link Workers face—some are enjoying this more than others!

Conversely, for us as Link Workers there has been some apprehension about not being able to enter properties and check how things are …
