From Esther:
“When we sat down to plan an alternative to the Big Day Out, we were very hopeful that we would be able to achieve something special, where our P3 colleagues would feel part of something unique, and part of something bigger than their local teams.
“With all of us handling lockdown and different ways of working in these current times, it felt so important to connect with our wider P3 family, have some fun and of course include a lovely lunch.
“I would like to thank each of our amazing Wellbeing Champions for their hard work in helping to plan and organise the day, and making it the success it was. Also, each person and team that took the time to put forward their talent videos and baking skills, they were all awesome—we have plenty of talented people within our teams!
“The day was such a success, and that is down to every single one of you who got involved, participated in yoga, afternoon tea, ‘liking’ videos and posting their own pictures of how you enjoyed the day; so could I take a moment to thank everyone who joined in and made it the success it was.”
What a day! Where do we start? Here are some of the highlights (please don’t be blue if you’re not here, it was really tough choosing!)

Yoga

P3’s got talent

Amanda Sidwells shared a little reminder of dancing Daniel Romrig in the Nuneaton Hub before lockdown. It was a little late for the talent competition, but just perfect for the blog, hehe!
