Hi everyone

This week’s blog comes to you from Irvine, who was supported by P3 Rugby and is part of the People Shaping P3 team...

My name is Irvine and I thought that an article on my life, and the effects of applying for Universal Credit, may help show the good, bad and ugly of the benefits system.

I decided after meeting P3 in Rugby to become involved as a client [now called People Shaping P3]. I have discussed company policy from the client’s point of view, ‘Mystery Shopped’ services, shared my story and even taught – holding workshops on positive communications and interpersonal skills for P3 personnel at the VIP event last year. I have made many new friends, and met fellow and former clients and staff in all parts of the service.

You can read more about my history in the story below.

Thanks for your time,

Irvine

Farewell!

We want to say a massive thank you and farewell
to Alice Preston, P3 graphic designer
extraordinaire, who leaves this week. Alice has
been an integral part of the Comms team for
three years since starting at Head Office as an
apprentice, sometimes carrying the whole dept
on her own! Her creative skills, upbeat
approach and great taste in party tunes will
definitely be missed, but we wish
her every success in her new role.
